Pre-Orders
How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-orders are all paid in full. Once the product arrives, it will be shipped according to your order number and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
Pre-Orders can be cancelled with a 20% cancellation fee of the retail price. This will be deducted from the amount that you paid and partially refunded. Orders that contain pre-orders and in-stock items will need to be completely fulfilled before the order is shipped out. This also pertains to multiple pre-order items in an order. All items within the order needs to be fulfilled before the order is shipped. If you do not wish to wait for your multiple item order, please place separate orders for each individual item for immediate shipment upon item arrival.
How long do Pre-Orders take?
Every product has different estimated release dates. It is up to the manufacturer and we have no control over the release date. For any updates regarding release, please feel free to message us.
Orders & Delivery
How can I track my order?
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation with the Order Number to your email. You may quote the order number to enquire with us regarding your orders.
Tracking ID with link will also be sent to your email once your order has been shipping.
How will you ship the items to me?
All orders will be shipped via USPS with Tracking ID. Delivery time vary according to your state.
How much will it cost to deliver to me?
You can check your shipping rates by going to the check-out page to enter your address. We offer one of the most competitive shipping rates within United States
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we provided calculated shipping rates for our overseas customers via the product page.
Pricing & Payments
I need a copy of invoice / receipt.
Simply log into your account and you can review your order information by clicking the “My Orders” link at the bottom of any page. You can also contact us for assistance. Please provide your order number in the email.

How can I use a discount code?
After adding your items to cart, you can proceed to the check-out page to enter your address. Before making payment, you'll see a box to enter the discount code.

Can you customize a model car for me?
No, we are not a manufacturer hence we wouldn't be able to custom a model car for you.
